A Haunted Investigation....

I received a call from a man in southern California who was experiencing some strange happenings in his home. The following things are what prompted him to call for assistance:

--An outdoor light that was not connected burned at night on a regular basis.

--From time to time there were shadows seen moving around the home.

--A woman was injured when she was pushed down a flight of stairs by something she could not see.

--Pots could be heard moving around in the kitchen although no one was willing to actually go to the kitchen while the noise was being made to see if the pots actually were moving or if there was just noise being created.

I went to investigate the residence and found an interesting mix of spirits in residence. Some seemed to be more energy residue rather than a spirit but all the same it made for a challenging investigation.

My first visit to the home was in the afternoon. I spoke with the owner extensively regarding his difficulties with the house. It was then that he confessed that he no longer resided in the home due to the problems he experienced there. I spent several hours getting a feel for the energy in the home and trying to pick up on who and what was creating his problems. We had limited time that afternoon so we set up another appointment to complete the investigation.

The second visit to the house was to spend the night. He was quite adamant about the fact the evening would be the best time for me to investigate the happenings as most of the occurrences happened after darkness fell.

So as not to bore you with the blow by blow details of the investigation I will simply share with you the following items that were found to be causing the happenings in the home.

1)There were several antiques in the home which still had the previous owners attached to them. One was a man, a banker who refused to leave even though his wife of his last lifetime came to try and guide him to the other side. He was attached to a very old banker's desk and chair.

2)The home had been built very close to well traveled settler's route that had seen many people pass over it. Many of those who had tried to pass through the area had been killed in a variety of tragic ways and their spirits remained. Some of these were local American Indians, settlers, and some just in transit from one place to another.

3)There was also one man who had been hanged on the property for stealing food for his family. He continued to hang in the back yard. He was unable to forgive himself for his crime as well as letting down his family. He remained at that time and was unable to move into the light.

4)There was a woman who had apparently had a cabin on the property at some point in time and had been killed. She was still waiting for someone to come back. She just kept looking out across the distance for the other person to return. She seemed to be unaware of us and did not communicate with me.

5)There was a conflict going on between the native american indians and settlers on the property. They were still in the same battle they had been in for years... some of them didn't seem to realize they were in spirit and others were aware of it but felt they had to protect their lands until it was their time to leave. I could not determine what they were waiting for but there was a sign or an event according to them that would occur and they would know it is their time to leave. But not until that time.

6)There was young girl who seemed to be lost and followed the owner of the home around the house where ever he went.

7)The owner of the home who had been in the Vietnam War also contributed to the residents of his home. There was lined up in his bedroom a row of bodies wrapped in white sheets like they were ready to be buried or moved? The spirits attached to these bodies were the residents of a village that had been killed by the soldiers.

8)We did not determine the origin or meaning of the dark energy that seemed to be moving around the baseboards. While I did not see the movement myself the owner stated he and others had seen it.

9)This home had so much energy and was so full of spirits I gave up on trying to communicate with them on an individual basis and asked that the angels assist and open a portal between there and the other side and help me to direct them through. While many of the spirits in residence did move through the portal and continue their journey many did decide to remain at the residence. I left the other remaining spirits with the thought they could move on at any time they chose and all they had to do was think of going and the portal would be there for them.

10)This home was as many are full of spirits of several time periods and their for different reasons. While some of them were aware of each other of a small number of each other, others were aware of no one else and some as I mentioned before were not aware of any of the other spirits or us and our attempts to communicate with them. The stories of each spirit is always interesting to hear but when there are so many it is impossible to hear all the stories. Between the time and the energy and focus to hear them

11)An interesting point to this investigation was that during our investigation I was told by the owner NOT to assist any of the earth bound souls in moving on. That if he did indeed have a haunted house he thought he would open a Bed and Breakfast and advertise it as haunted.

12)It is my personal mission to always assist those who are stuck for what ever reason in moving on into the light and through to the other side. This investigation was no exception. I do not know if the owner was able to open a Bed & Breakfast or not I have not followed up on the home. There was certainly enough earth bound spirits left there for the home to be considered haunted but hopefully many of those spirits have been able to release themselves from their earth-bound position and move forward in their journey of the soul.
