Ghostology:
the study of phantom bodies; human-like apparitions, shadowy substances, or feelings of a live presence in the area, that are perceived psychically.

A Ghost as we think of it is an energy field that makes its presence known periodically in the same area, giving us the awareness of a "living presence". At times a ghost brings a drop of temperature with its presence and is perceived clairaudiently or audiently by its activity and movements. It will be perceived clairvoyantly as a fluffy, transparent human like mass that is usually moving slowly.

There is at times what is called a ghostly odor. This being a fragrance or odor, pleasant or unpleasant, perceived psychically in an area where its source is not physically present. It is made psychically perceivable by an etheric world guide to introduce his or her presence, a discarnate being to introduce his or her presence or an omen, to announce a coming emotional event, such as the smell of death a few days before a friend dies or a smell of fire a few hours before the fire breaks out.

There are several kinds of ghosts regularly encountered in the spirit world. One of those being the confused ones, a discarnate entity floating in the etheric world; dazed and puzzled; held earth bound by one of the following: an emotional tie from the past incarnation he or she does not understand; the belief he or she is not dead because of former education that misinformed them about the etheric world; mourners who do not stop thinking and talking about them. A ghost is drawn to an environment (a room or furniture) that holds emotional ties regarding their past life.

A ghost usually appears in an area that relates to their earth life such as a home of many years etc. Apparition in Latin means "to appear". This is used to describe a phantom or misty like vision perceived clairvoyantly or the psychic manifestation of a scene, an object, or a human resemblance that occurs suddenly, or startling and uninvited, when in a relaxed state such as after meditation, during sleep, or during concentration. It will appears full blown but unclear and if a human resemblance will sometimes act as if it wants to communicate.
Poltergeist is from the German words “polte” meaning "noise or racket” and “geist” meaning spirit.

A poltergeist tends to be a noisy, playful, quick-moving discarnate entity from the etheric world who manipulates physical objects in unexplainable feats. Such an entity is difficult to
perceive clairvoyantly but his or her presence can be felt. They usually desire attention and that his or her ego be fed and displays his or her presence by doing mischievous, boisterous, hurtful acts or by doing playful, kind acts.

The poltergeist uses the energy of a FOCUS in a home and can only perform when the focus is close by or in the vicinity; the entity's time is either short lived or the poltergeist lies dormant until the focus rebuilds emotional energy. The entity is very persistent for attention while
active and should be exorcised because he or she can become quite destructive.

A Poltergeist Focus is a psychic individual whose energy is being used by the poltergeist to manipulate matter this individual will have an exuberant amount of emotional energy at that time and us usually unaware their energy is being used.

While the focus needs to do nothing consciously to stir the poltergeist into action the following states of consciousness have been known to make a person a good generator of this emotional energy: A person in a weakened mental state, one in a highly emotional state, a teenager who has an explosive quality, an adolescent going through puberty a child hiding sibling jealousy or one who is going through a traumatic experience. A nun or saint who stays in a very high spiritual state of consciousness or an untrained person experimenting in psychic
development.

While there are many aspects of Ghosts we hear discussed by the masses we always need to remember they are just like us.. They are on a journey, trying to find their way along a long and sometimes difficult road and are in need to assistance. Always treat them with respect... the same respect you would treat another person here in the physical with... they are just the same only a bit lighter without the physical limitations we have here but with their own set of limitations in
another part of the universe...
